Mizrachi defeated Nebraska's Mike Vanier during heads-up play, who was also after his first WPT title and earned $595,000 for his runner-up finish. Robert Mizrachi won his maiden World Poker Tour (WPT) title on July 17 by taking down the WPT Venetian Main Event for a career-best score of $894,100.
